Versatility

With extended capabilities, we handle a range of materials in thicknesses ranging up to ¾ inch, and sheet sizes up to 2 x 4 meters (6.5’ x 13’). The large bed size on our laser cutters and CNC punches can accommodate larger materials than standard machines, offering you increased design flexibility and less material waste.

Technology and Automation

We harness the power of automation and digital technology wherever possible to increase repeatability, accuracy, and speed for full production while staying cost-competitive. Software modeling and control reduces or eliminates the trial and error—and scrap costs—of bending operations.

Integrated Systems of Operation

Industry 4.0 methods, using the Industrial Internet of Things, drive our operational systems and enhance performance. Order management, nesting, materials planning, cutting, and reporting are fully integrated. Our ERP system is auto-populated when orders are received via EDI, enabling visibility upon receipt and instantaneously live in our production systems. Automated, interconnected systems and data collection allow us to have industry-leading delivery lead time.

Sustainability

High pressure cutting systems that use air, rather than N2 or O2, provide higher processing speeds, produce cleaner cuts that require less secondary processing, and reduce the burden on the environment. Choosing to use air also allows us to avoid the business interruptions that could result from rationing or the limited availability of gases.

Quality and Efficiency

Geometric tolerancing, statistical process control, and other measurement methods are fully integrated into our production systems to ensure quality. We’ve even optimized our quoting system to streamline the steps from price quote to production and delivery to ensure accuracy and speed up the process.
